Tropical Sparkling Water Radio Ad
Coca Cola launched a new line of sparkling tropical drinks and needed a compelling 30-second radio ad to introduce the flavors to the market.
I was responsible for concept execution across content creation, direction, editing, and final marketing alignment.
Project Overview
Client: Cola-Cola
Category: Commercial
Product: Tropical Sparkling Water
Project Type: Radio Ad, 2019
Duration: 30 Seconds
Role: Content Creator, Director, Editor
Note: Concept radio advertisement for Coca-Cola. Personal project, not affiliated with the company.
The Challenge
The main creative challenge was crafting a sonic experience that resonated with Coca Cola’s brand while capturing the listener’s attention within seconds. Selecting the right voiceover tone and atmospheric sound effects was key to bringing the tropical theme to life in a way that felt refreshing, fun, and authentic.
The Approach
I used Pro Tools, a professional audio production software, to ensure studio-quality editing and layering. The ad's pacing was carefully designed to build sensory immersion—from the sound of ice clinking to a satisfied sip—enhancing the listener’s emotional connection. Collaborating with voice talent and fine-tuning the mix ensured the brand's vibrant energy was captured in every beat.
Results & Key Deliverables
The final product was a 30-second radio spot featuring tropical music, vivid sound effects (ice, fizz, sipping), and a dynamic voiceover. Every audio element was purposefully chosen to evoke refreshment and flavor, aligning with Coca Cola’s campaign goals. The ad was delivered in both MP3 and broadcast-ready formats with cue sheets for easy distribution.
The ad aired regionally across key markets during the spring campaign, contributing to strong brand recall and positive listener feedback. Coca Cola reported a noticeable lift in in-store engagement with the new flavors during the limited-time promotion window.
